- 6tbsp honey
- 2 lemons
- 3 large plums
- 100g pistachio nuts, shelled

Grate the zest of both lemons and squeeze the juice. Place honey, zest, juice and rose water into a
Mix all ingredients well. Cut the plums in half and discard the pits. Place the plums onto the baking
tray, cut-size down.
Drizzle half the syrup over the plums, grill for 5mins. Place pistachios and the remaining half of
syrup into the food processor.
Whiz until the nuts are finely chopped. Turn the plums over and grill for another 5mins. Divide the
nut mixture among the plums. Grill for another 2-3mins, until slightly golden.
Serve with syrupy fruit juices and cream.
