An excellent dessert with dense vanilla flavour. The crunchiness of hazelnut crust and the creaminess of vanilla cheesecake is best to be experienced with a cup of good coffee.
Joyful overload of happiness. I first had a slice of Mars Bar Cheesecake back in 2005 in The Rocks Cafe in Sydney. It was then that I knew how a TRUE dessert should taste like. For some reason it took me longer than it should have to recreate it in my kitchen.
